Employee information and time off
Contact Rolmaster HR through your usual workplace contact method for questions about your employee record, legal-name corrections, time-off balances or requests.
You can update your personal contact information and emergency contacts in My profile & emergency contacts.
Unable to sign in?
If the portal says your account is not linked to an employee or is not included in the rollout, contact HR to check your access.
For Windows or Microsoft account sign-in problems, contact Rolmaster IT through your usual workplace contact method. If you cannot reach the portal and need to request time off, contact HR.
Something isn't working
Contact Rolmaster IT. Include the page you were using, what you were trying to do, the error message and approximately when it happened.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, SINs or banking details. If you include a screenshot, hide personal information that is not needed to explain the problem.
